Secure Data Destruction

For data protection reasons all equipment that contains magnetic media such as computer and hard-drives will be sent through the process of data removal, using CESG approved specialist software. Our process are designed to meet Ministry of Defence standards if this level service is required.

Rest assured that hard-drives will be wiped regardless of whether you have cleaned the drives internally. We can also have each drive physically shredded down to below 2mm and then sent off for metal recovery and recycling. This guarantees that the hard-drives can never again be used.

As an added value to our data cleansing and physical hard drive shredding service we can provide you with a certificate of data destruction per hard-drive is chargeable. 

We can also offer a full shredding service for your hard-drives.

The hard-drives are shredded to current UK standards and a destruction certificate can be obtained for a fee of £10.00 per hard-drive.

The certificate will have full details of your hard drive such as make, model and serials numbers.

In addition, if you wish for on-site hard-drive destruction, we can come to your offices and destroy the hard-drives in the presence of your IT team using our portable hard-drive shredders.
